The addon is a very simple Health and Power indicator. The values can be shown in absolute or percentage form, they can be outlined and they can be set to hide when out of combat. There is also support for SharedMedia fonts.
I've fixed an annoying bug where the Power font couldn't be changed and added support for Monks. I have no plans of adding more features but I will try to keep it up to date if something breaks.
