- Fix for profile change errors
- Semi-update for Simplified Chinese localization (still needs a review). If it's wrong or something - let me know.

This update will restore all Microbar settings to defaults

- Added hide in combat option
- Added layout option - you'll be able to change the way Microbar looks
- Microbar will now be visible when you enter vehicles.
- Fixed the problem with the bar struck in the corner of the screen

Also need help to update translations for German and Simplified Chinese. Translations to other languages will be appreciated too.
