Blizzard is performing a major user interface overhaul switching to Flash and JavaScript. This kit includes all of the new Flash and JavaScript files for the default UI.
The new UI is slated to be released with the 5.4 patch but will be on the PTR early as it will require a lot of testing. Authors also will need some time to convert all their AddOns.
