Addon/plugin that adds a micromenu bar to ElvUI v3
Install it like a regular addon.

Options avaliable:
- Transparency change
- Show on mouse over
- Move to desirable location
- Show/Hide backdrop
- Scale change (thanks to Slipslop)

Options access: ElvUI Config -> Microbar

Localizations available: English, Russian
