Toggles for "Sound in Background", "Sound at Character", "Loop Music", "Error Speech", "Pet Sounds", and "Emote Sounds".
Five nameable presets.
The control panel can be accessed via the "/volumizer" or "/vol" commands, as well as a LibDataBroker launcher.
