This was intended as a quick way to loot cloth from mobs. In the end it ended up autolooting quest items, money and green (or better) items.
Remember that "mining" and "skining" modes loot everything - to make node dissapear and to make mob skinnable. So for normal play those should be disabled.

- Rewrite. This time intended for serious grinding. >Not< recomended for casual play. The advanced "skinning" and "mining" mode are going to destroy items not needed, such as grey items looted from mobs to make them skinnable. Same with mining mode - will trow away stones and keep only minerals.
