Shows Cooldowns and Buffs for all Monk Specializations.
Timers are divided between short, rotational spells and longer cooldowns.
Brewmasters get Stagger debuff displayed as a bar.
Chi and Energy/Mana combined in one bar.
Supports Masque and rActionButtonStyler.
