Displays the rarity of the enemies pets in a pet battle by changing the pet's name in the tooltip to be colored by rarity.

Fixed an issue with level 1 pets causing a lua error.
Fixed an issue where as a pet lost HP its quality decreased
Fixed an issue where buffs and debuffs would change the quality of the pet.
Fixed an issue where players with less then full teams got lua errors.
